The Perfect Server, LLC is a training company that restaurants hire to train their waitstaff in customer service and standard waitstaff procedures. Training Fees
How Do Restaurants Get Their Staff Trained? 

Two Options: 

• Best Option: Schedule our company to come
  out and train your entire waitstaff at your 
  restaurant at one time. Then you send your
  newly individual hires to our monthly training
  class. 

• Second Option: Skip the mass training and
  start sending your new individual hires or
  current employees who you feel are lacking 
  in waitstaff protocol to our monthly waitstaff
  training class.

Cost for Restaurants:

• The restaurant can required the new hire to pay all
  cost for this training as a condition of being hired or
  the restaurant may bear the cost of training for their
  new hires or current employees.

• Price is based on the number of waitstaff included in
  the mass training. The the fee is $25 per person. All
  trained waitstaff will receive a certification certificate.

• The fee for individuals sent to our monthly training
  classes from your restaurant is $25 per person.

Qualifications for Certification Certificate

1. Attend and complete the entire Perfect Server seminar. Must be present 
    for the entire 

2. Must earn a score of 84% or better on the Perfect Server’s certifications test.

3. All certifications issued through The Perfect Server must have The Perfect
   Server’s embossed seal in the lower left hand corner of the certificate. Any        certificates presented without this seal is forged. To authenticate/verify
   certification of the individual presenting the certificate, call The Perfect
   Server’s offices Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 

4. Certificates will be mailed within 7 business days after the presentation date.

5. Certifications are valid for a period of two (2) years. After such time, 
   the bearer of the certification must renew the certification by enrolling in the      TPS advanced waitstaff

For individuals interested in earning a certification by participating 
in our 2 hour wait staff training class: $50.00 per person.

For restaurant owners interested in training for their wait staff: 
$35.00 per person, including owners and managers that attend.
